Major manufacturers join UK Plant Expo 2027 exhibitor line-up

Some of the biggest names in construction equipment, plant hire, attachments, technology and training have now confirmed their place at UK Plant Expo 2027, giving the new outdoor event strong backing ahead of next June.
SANY UK & Ireland, Ammann UK, LiuGong, McHale Komatsu, Mecalac, Haulotte UK, Brokk UK, Flannery Plant Hire, Leica Geosystems and Steelwrist are among the companies already committed, alongside businesses covering safety technology, finance, training, attachments and specialist equipment.
UK Plant Expo takes place at the Heart of England Events Centre in Warwickshire on Friday 11 and Saturday 12 June 2027. The event is built around machinery in a working environment, practical demonstrations and direct access to the equipment, technology and people behind the modern plant industry.
The exhibitor list stretches well beyond machine manufacturers. Attachment and specialist equipment businesses include BPH Attachments, Dromone Engineering, Geith, LDH Attachments, OKB Attachments, Steelwrist and Worsley Plant, with Brian James Trailers, DyMac, Kelly Tanks, Plant Parts, Primal Hydraulic Attachments and suction excavation specialists also signed up.
Flannery Plant Hire, Land & Water and H.E. Services add major hire and contracting names, alongside AM Site Solutions, NOCN Group and NPORS for training and competence.
Construction Plant Finance has joined as founding Official Finance Partner; BKT, Flannery Plant Hire and NOCN Group are event sponsors; PVS Data is technology partner; and SANY UK & Ireland is backing the 360 Excavator Challenge, with all five also exhibiting on the show floor.
Why businesses are signing up
For companies already committed, putting products in front of the people who specify, buy, hire and operate them is a major part of the appeal.
Leigh Harris, Business Development Director at SANY UK, said: “UK Plant Expo is a great fit for SANY because it puts working machinery and operators together. People can see the equipment in action, get into the cab, and make up their own minds about how a machine feels and performs.”
SANY will also sponsor the 360 Excavator Challenge, creating a direct connection between the manufacturer, its equipment and the operators competing in UK Plant Operator of the Year.
Harry Mellor, Sales Director UK and Ireland at LiuGong, has highlighted the value of operator experience and feedback in helping shape the next generation of equipment, while Edward Prosser of McHale Komatsu said the format “makes sense for the industry”, with outdoor machinery, demonstrations and the chance to get close to the equipment and people behind it.
Flannery Plant Hire has committed as both sponsor and exhibitor. Safety and Skills Director Aaron Davis said UK Plant Expo had some of the feel of traditional plant shows many in the industry grew up with.
“There is a bit of that SED spirit about it, and I think the industry has missed that,” he said.
Technology sector gives strong vote of confidence
One of the clearest endorsements of UK Plant Expo’s approach is coming from construction technology.
PVS Data, Spillard Safety Systems, Xwatch Safety Solutions and Leica Geosystems are all involved, putting machine data, AI, safety systems, machine control and digital construction technology alongside the machinery itself.
Machine control, connectivity, safety systems and data are now closely linked to how plant is operated, managed and bought, making a practical environment particularly relevant for companies developing and supplying that technology.
Dan Leaney of Xwatch Safety Solutions said plant safety technology needs to be seen alongside the machinery it supports and the people using it every day, with UK Plant Expo providing a strong platform for demonstrating how machinery and technology work together on site.
Mike James of Leica Geosystems, part of Hexagon, said machine control and digital solutions are best understood when people can see how they work alongside equipment in a practical setting.
Spillard Safety Systems will demonstrate AI Human Detection, 360-degree camera systems and the Spillard LIVE real-time platform. Ben Hammond said visitors will see how those technologies work together to create a complete safety ecosystem around plant and construction equipment.
PVS Data’s role as technology partner adds further weight, ensuring the digital and connected side of construction equipment forms part of the main show rather than sitting apart from the machinery it supports.
Plantec Survey Solutions has also come on board, adding GNSS survey equipment, laser scanning and 3D machine control to the technology presence.
Other technology businesses considering the event can see that construction tech already has a home at UK Plant Expo.
Two days, two opportunities
Friday will have a strong industry and B2B focus, creating time for discussions with customers, buyers, hirers, contractors, operators, manufacturers and suppliers.
Saturday will retain the plant industry audience while opening the event more widely to families, and a chance to introduce the next generation to modern construction equipment and careers in the sector.
A growing cross-section of the industry
UK Plant Expo Event Director Brian Coogan said the line-up now extends far beyond machinery, with attachments, safety technology, machine control, suction excavation, training, tyres, parts, specialist equipment and finance all represented.
That breadth gives companies still considering UK Plant Expo a clear picture of the event taking shape, with manufacturers alongside dealers, technology providers, attachment specialists, finance companies, training organisations, hirers, contractors and operators.
