Construction technology is becoming a major part of the UK Plant Expo 2027 story.

PVS Data, Spillard Safety Systems, Xwatch Safety Solutions, Leica Geosystems, Plantec Survey Solutions and MachineTech are all now involved, bringing machine data, AI, safety systems, machine control, GNSS, connectivity, subsurface detection and digital construction technology into the heart of the event.
Dan Leaney of Xwatch Safety Systems said:
“Plant safety technology needs to be seen alongside the machinery it supports and the people using it every day.”
Mike James of Leica Geosystems said:
“Machine control and digital solutions are best understood when people can see how they work alongside the equipment in a practical setting.”
Ben Hammond of Spillard Safety Systems said:
“Visitors will see how intelligent technology removes blind spots, provides operators with a complete view of their surroundings and helps create safer working environments for everyone on site.”
That is exactly what we want the technology side of UK Plant Expo to be about: technology working alongside machinery and operators, not sitting apart from them.
And the wider exhibitor line-up continues to grow, with SANY UK & Ireland, Ammann UK, LiuGong, McHale Komatsu, Mecalac, Haulotte UK, Brokk UK, Flannery Plant Hire, H.E. Services and Steelwrist among the major names already confirmed.
UK Plant Expo 2027 takes place at the Heart of England Events Centre, Warwickshire, on Friday 11 and Saturday 12 June 2027.
