What a finale at this years UK Plant Operator of the Year as we introduced an exciting new feature, the Three Lane Thriller, kindly sponsored by Flannery Plant Hire. Designed as the ultimate test of skill and precision, it was the grand conclusion to the UK Plant Operator of the Year 2025.

The top three operators – James Covell, Lewis Jarman and Liam Lambert – went head-to-head across three challenging stages: trench digging, dumper unloading and the mini digger football challenge. With both speed and accuracy on the line, the competition kept the crowd on edge until the very last moment.

Congratulations to Liam, who rose to the challenge and claimed the title of UK Plant Operator of the Year 2025! A huge well done also to James and Lewis for their outstanding performances.
