Hosplant, one of the South East’s leading construction machinery dealers, hosted a special open day event on 22nd February to celebrate 20 years of trading.
Founded in 2003, Hosplant has experienced a number of key milestones across the intervening two decades, not least in 2011 when it was appointed an official distributer of Kubota construction equipment for Essex, Norfolk and Suffolk.
The Peldon-based dealer now employs 14 people across its business and recently hit its 2000th unit sold milestone in 2022. Gary Mold, Construction Sales Director at Hosplant, says: “It’s fantastic to be celebrating our 20th anniversary this year.
The market has changed considerably throughout that time, but I’m proud to say we still offer the same levels of professionalism and service excellence from when we first opened our doors all those years ago. “We’re a proudly independent business, which allows us to run our business in the way that works best for our customers.
To that end, we have invested heavily in our customer service. This has been helped by our partnership with Kubota, which has enabled us to specialise our offering, with all of our engineers fully trained on Kubota machines.
“Having celebrated our 20th anniversary in February, we are looking ahead to what the coming years will hold for our business. In addition to making a number of key strategic appointments, we are also investing in emerging technologies such as telematics to ensure we can continue to offer unrivalled service to our customers.”
