Women Who #choosetochallenge

Sandvik Rock Processing Solutions operates in areas traditionally dominated by men, such as engineering, manufacturing and mining. Increasing the number of women in leading positions is high on the agenda since a diverse workplace has been shown to affect a company’s bottom line and improve its ability to attract and retain talent.

Following the recent business accolade, Sandvik Mobile Crushers and Screens havebecome the first engineering manufacturer in Northern Ireland (NI) to be awarded the Bronze Diversity Mark for commitment to Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace.We can all choose to challenge and call out gender bias and inequality.

On Women’s International Day 2021, celebrated Monday 8th March, Sandvik Mobile Crushers and Screens are joining forces with local trail blazers to celebrate women’s achievements in traditionally male dominated industries. Joining us are;

  • Grainne Crabtree- Head of Health & Safety within the Rail Industry. IRFU National Panel member (one of only two females on the 50 strong panel, who referee Men’s all Ireland League Rugby), Refereed International U18’s and Refereed Ladies Senior International Rugby.
