UK Plant Operator of the Year 2024, Welcomes Flannery Plant Hire.

The 2024 search to find the champion plant operator of the year has been further boosted by the welcomed inclusion of leading Plant Hirer, Flannery. 

Recognised for their sector innovation and continuing campaigning to train and upskill plant operators, the company will sponsor both the Tracked Excavator and Dozer challenges. 

Finals Day, in association with the CITB, is on Saturday, September 21st at the National Construction College, Bircham Newton. 

Now in its fourth year, UK Plant Operator of the Year (UKPOOTY24) is a well established and growing event that see’s the latest construction equipment, from the worlds leading suppliers being operated live, by the best Plant Operators in the UK. 

With a prize fund of £20,000 the campaign offers the largest competition cash prize in its class.

Finals day will see a record number of challenges and operators participating. A Festival of Construction the event is a free to enter, family fun day, that’s lets everyone get to safely see, eleven tasks, which will test the best across a range of 360-degree Excavators, ADT’s, Wheeled Loaders, Tracked Loaders and Dozers.
