Liebherr-Great Britain has launched a website offering customers thousands of parts at reduced prices.
The site – www.liebherr-parts.co.uk– is exclusive to UK customers and lists a comprehensive range of surplus and spare parts for earthmoving and materials handling machines. ‘These parts could simply be excess stock items or parts that have been removed from new or very low-hour machines,’ said Richard Gee, General Manager of Earthmoving Aftersales at Liebherr-Great Britain.
‘Liebherr prides itself on its ability to customise products specifically to match customer requirements and this sometimes results in standard parts being removed from new machines. The good news for UK customers is that these unused surplus items can be bought at reduced prices.’
Visitors can search by machine model or part type and the results will provide a brief description of the part including its condition, origin, price, UK location, turnaround time and contact details. The inventory of buckets, grabs, tyres, undercarriages, sticks and booms, pumps, rams, cylinders and handrails will be updated daily.
Liebherr-GB’s Earthmoving Customer Care division already stocks an extensive range of new parts while Liebherr UK Central Warehousing manages thousands of original spares to meet the most urgent requirements. Supported by the manufacturer’s European central warehouse, items are delivered directly to customers in the UK through its distribution networks.
