Hire Supply Company Sells to Danatherm.

Dantherm Group has acquired The Hire Supply Company (UK) Ltd.

HSC is one of the UK’s largest distributors to the tool and plant hire industry, supplying equipment and consumables within climate control, site electrical works and related equipment.

Founded in 2001, HSC has approximately 25 employees at locations in Nottingham and London within sales, service and logistics.

The acquisition gives Dantherm Group direct access to the UK tool, plant hire and construction distribution channel. In addition to a well-established platform to bring the Group’s heating, cooling, drying, air cleaning and ventilation products to hire customers across the country.

The acquisition of HSC is, the company says, another key milestone in its expansion strategy, as it strengthens its position to help organisations, governments, businesses and individuals deal with increasing weather extremes.

The current management of HSC will continue running the day-to-day business of HSC supported by the Dantherm Group UK management.
